The Penghu County Government's Social Affairs Department and Tourism Department are collaborating to organize an outdoor activity on May 13th. The event involves the enthusiastic youth volunteers from the Social Welfare Volunteer Service Team temporarily leaving their service work to embark on a journey with the Penghu GoodTravel sightseeing bus. They will explore the outdoors, rejuvenate their spirits, and enjoy a leisurely trip along the Northern Circle route.
      The County Government's Social Welfare Volunteer Service Team is composed of a group of energetic and life-loving volunteers. Many of these volunteers are retired or nearing retirement age, but they choose to remain active and utilize their skills and interests to actively participate in public affairs. They enrich their lives and enjoy every opportunity to serve the community.
      The planned Good Journey North Circle Experience activity is scheduled to take place on the day before Mother's Day. Its purpose is to allow the volunteer mothers who are usually busy with their service work to temporarily set aside their duties and embrace nature, enjoy a delightful journey, and experience being served and cared for by others in advance celebration of Mother's Day.

Transportation will be provided by Good Journey buses, operated by skilled drivers from the Transportation and Shipping Department, ensuring safe and stable travel. This allows the participants to not only enjoy a pleasant journey but also contribute to sustainable and low-carbon tourism. Professional tour guides will accompany the group, providing excellent hospitality services and offering insights on the natural and cultural resources. The volunteers will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the historical sites, natural landscapes, and geological features of notable attractions such as the Tongliang Ancient Banyan Tree, Fisherman's Wharf Lighthouse, Daguoye Basalt Columns, Erkan Village, Xiaomen Whale Cave, and the Cross-Sea Bridge, creating precious memories during this Good Journey experience.
