1. How to request a ticket refund?
Please go to the website and click on "Order Inquiry" > "Order Query" > "Order Cancellation" to cancel your order. For seat reservation cancellation, click on "Order Inquiry" > "Seat Reservation Inquiry" > "Cancellation."

* A 15% handling fee will be charged for ticket refunds. (In case of special weather conditions, no additional handling fee will be charged for ticket refunds.)

The refund amount will depend on the actual refund processing time and the billing cycle of your credit card. Please take note of your recent credit card statements.
